What is Lively Faith?

 Lively Faith is activating what we believe in every area of who we are. From what we wear, to how we run our homes or businesses, we should be striving to glorify God. We make peace with not being perfect, but we keep pursuing sanctification in the grace our glorious Savior gives! James 2:17 tells us that faith without action is dead. USELESS!

Our entire lives we are on an incredible journey and the moment we surrender to Christ we begin to unfold our life’s purpose, our calling. Through our mountain highs and valley lows the Lord is growing and refining us to be more like Him. Throughout our race God gives us testimonies of faith and trials to share with others to draw them to closer to Jesus. It’s my hope to encourage others in their Jesus journey and have others encourage me too!

Our enemy, the devil, often makes Christian women feel like they’re not good enough and don’t measure up. Friend, that’s a lie! The truth is none of us have it all together! Praise God for making us a Body; each with gifts and talents to bring Him glory and to sharpen each other! You may also believe the lie that you can’t live a powerful Christian life because you’re not smart enough, or don’t know enough Scripture, or because you haven’t been a Christian for very long. Maybe the devil has told you that because your husband or your child isn’t a believer that you can’t have a powerful impact on this world. Does he have you bound in shame and condemnation from past sins or current strongholds? God’s Word tells us in John 8:44 that Satan is not only the father of all lies, but that no truth is in him!

Sweet friend I don’t know what season of life this post may find you in, but I hope you know the God of the universe, the great I AM loves you! No matter what you’ve done or what’s been done to you. He can heal and restore ALL things! You don’t have to have it all together to live what you believe! The race we are running for Christ is a marathon, not a sprint.

Each moment you walk with Him He is growing you to be more like Jesus! Give yourself the same grace He gives you!

We have Lively Faith when:

We hope for things we can’t yet see.

We battle the woes of the world on our knees.

We rise up to serve all in need.

We give our voices to preach the truth and to declare the love of Christ to the ends of the earth!

We make war against our true enemy.

We enjoy each day that God gives and we count our blessings along the way.

We stay humble in our pursuit to change the world.

We laugh, we cry, we fight, to ourselves we die.

We are His hands and feet.

We are a royal, chosen priesthood.

We are daughters, wives, mothers, friends, sisters in Christ.

We journey together, sharpening along the way.
